We are excited to announce a pricing update regarding the ILLA Cloud services: ILLA Builder and ILLA Drive. Please take note of the following changes and enhancements to our offerings:

Introducing ILLA Cloud Pricing - Only Pay for Editors

We would like to emphasize an important aspect of our pricing structure to ensure clarity and transparency. At ILLA Cloud, we believe in fostering collaboration and seamless project sharing within your team. Therefore, we want to highlight that we only charge the editors who access the platform, while providing the option to add unlimited viewers at no extra cost.

This means that you, as the editor, will be responsible for the subscription fees associated with your ILLA Cloud account. As an editor, you have full access to the powerful features and functionalities offered by ILLA Cloud, allowing you to create, modify, and manage your projects.

On the other hand, viewers within your team can access and review the projects without incurring any additional charges. This enables you to collaborate effectively, share progress, and gather feedback from your team members, stakeholders, and clients.

By offering unlimited viewers at no extra cost, we aim to facilitate seamless collaboration, encourage knowledge sharing, and empower your team to work together efficiently. We understand the importance of collective efforts in achieving successful outcomes.

ILLA Builder with Cloud Hosting:

Free Tier:

• Team: Limited to 1 member for personal use.
• Apps: Access to all components and resources.
• Security & Support: Historic version keep & recovery for 7 days.

Plus Tier:

• Team: Free for unlimited viewers and unlimited members.
• Apps: Access to all components, resources, and the ability to make your app public. Enjoy unlimited plugins, AI SQL Generation, and remove watermarks.
• Security & Support: Historic version keep & recovery for 30 days, development environment, backup and restore options.

Enterprise Tier:

• Team: Free for unlimited viewers and unlimited members.
• Apps: Access to all components, resources, and the ability to make your app public. Enjoy unlimited plugins, AI SQL Generation, and remove watermarks.
• Security & Support: Historic version keep & recovery for 30 days, development environment, backup and restore options. Additionally, gain access to ILLA Support and a dedicated Solutions Engineer.

Starting today, all new users of ILLA Builder will automatically have a free tier account. This means you can explore and utilize the basic features of ILLA Builder without any cost. However, if you wish to access advanced services and features, such as cloud hosting, we will require you to provide your bank card information.

For our existing users with Plus and Enterprise tiers, your accounts will be temporarily inactive until you manually upgrade to the respective tiers and provide your bank information. To ensure uninterrupted access to enhanced functionalities, we encourage you to upgrade your account promptly.

For those users who have activated their accounts with promo codes, we kindly request you contact us (business@illasoft.com) with your team identifier. Once we verify the validity of your promo code, we will provide you with a new promo code that allows you to enjoy the Plus tier benefits for free for 6 months. After the promotional period ends, your team will be automatically charged based on the bank information you provided during the promotion code application process.

ILLA Builder with Self-Hosting:

Free Tier:

• Team: Unlimited editors and viewers
• Apps: Access to all components and resources.
• Security & Support: Historic version keep & recovery for 7 days.

Enterprise Tier:

• If your organization requires a more tailored self-hosting solution or you are interested in the enterprise tier, please reach out to us here. We will be delighted to discuss your requirements and provide you with the necessary support.

For users opting for self-hosting with ILLA Cloud, we offer both the free and enterprise tiers. Our ILLA Cloud software is open source, allowing you to host your instance directly from our GitHub repository. This option gives you the flexibility to customize and manage your own ILLA Cloud environment.

ILLA Drive:

In addition to ILLA Builder, we also offer ILLA Drive, our storage and file management solution. The pricing for ILLA Drive is as follows:

• Storage charge: $0.99/GB per month or $9.99/GB per year
• Traffic charge: $0.99/GB

Payment Flexibility: Monthly or Yearly

ILLA Cloud now supports both monthly and annual billing options. Whether you are on the Free, Plus, or Enterprise tier, you can choose the billing frequency that suits your needs.

We understand that flexibility is essential when it comes to managing your subscription, so we have introduced the option to pay on a monthly or yearly basis. By opting for annual billing, you not only gain uninterrupted access to ILLA Cloud for 12 months but also enjoy a special benefit: you will be charged for only 10 months, effectively giving you two months absolutely free.

This means that by choosing the yearly payment option, you not only save money but also have the convenience of uninterrupted service for an extended period. It's our way of showing appreciation for your commitment to using ILLA Cloud for your projects.

To switch to yearly billing or update your payment preferences, there should be an upgrade notification on your workspace page.

If not, you may also navigate to your account settings by clicking on your account profile picture. The Billing page is where you want to go and also where the upgrade notification brings you. On the Billing page, your current tier is shown. In order to upgrade to a higher tier, navigate to the upgrade button in the upper right corner as shown.

In this window, you may choose the period you want to renew your license (monthly or yearly) and the number of licenses.

Our payment system is integrated with Stripe. On the left side of the page, you will find the annual pricing for our services. Let's take a look at the example below: the payment for a one-year license is displayed in the image and was processed in June 2023. Consequently, the user is only required to make a payment of $50.98, which covers slightly over half a year of service. Moving forward, the next annual license for the year 2024 will be billed at $100, starting from January 1, 2024.

To proceed with the payment, please provide your payment information on the right-hand side of the page. Once submitted, the payment will be automatically charged based on the renewal period you have selected."

Upon successful payment, the page will automatically redirect you back to the billing page, where you will find the updated information reflecting your new license.
